  • To receive a quote, simply browse our website's rental inventory and select the equipment you need. Click on the "Add to Quote" button, fill out the required information, and submit your request.

    We'll promptly review your requirements and provide you with a personalised quote based on the equipment, rental period, and any additional services or accessories you may need.

    Alternatively, if you have a specific need or request, feel free to email us directly and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Our hiring process is designed to be simple and convenient. After receiving a quote and confirming your rental, we'll guide you through the necessary steps, including completing rental agreements, providing identification and payment details, and arranging for equipment pickup or delivery.

    Our team is available to assist you at every stage of the process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

  • Equipment pickup and drop-off locations are determined when making the reservation for the equipment. Primarily, we are based in Hobart, Tasmania.

    However, arrangements can be made upon request, such as delivery and pickup services to your specified location. Please refer to your rental agreement for specific pickup and drop-off instructions.

  • To extend a rental, please contact us at least 6 hours before the current rental term's end time to request an extension. Extensions are subject to availability and approval. We'll adjust your rental agreement accordingly and provide you with updated terms and pricing. Please note that additional rental fees may apply for extended rental periods.

  • Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, with a full refund of any deposit paid. However, deposits become non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 48 hours before pickup. Please review our full cancellation policy in your rental agreement for details and any applicable fees.

  • The damage waiver for rented equipment is not included by default. However, we offer this as an optional coverage for an additional fee.

    This coverage limits your liability for accidental damage to the rented equipment, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your individual rental agreement. Please inquire about our damage waiver options and review this section of your rental agreement for detailed information.

  • The renter is responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period. Please inform us immediately in case of damage. You may be liable for repair costs or replacement charges, depending on the extent of the damage. The terms and conditions regarding damage are outlined in the agreement.

  • If you fail to return the equipment at the end of the rental period without prior agreement, you may be liable for additional charges. Late returns can result in extra rental fees or penalties. Please refer to the agreement for details regarding late returns and associated fees. Contact us immediately if you anticipate any delays in returning the equipment.

  • if you experience any break downs while out on hire you should contact us immediately via phone or email and we will find a way to remedy the situation.

  • The hirer is liable for the full replacement of the items including accessories such as camera bags, memory cards etc.

    Theft or loss will also be reported to the police.

    At times theft or loss will be a fraudulent claim – we are well onto this – don’t try it.

  • We do supply basic videos on how to operate the equipment and how to use the different functions, however, if you do require further assistance our team can answer basic questions about the inventory. Please let us know (before your hire date) if you have any specific questions on how to use the equipment.

    If we deem that the hirer does not possess the required skills and knowledge to operate the hired gear safely and adequately, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the hire booking. The risk of damage to gear jumps considerably if there is not the required skills, experience or knowledge.
